Over the years, we have led trainings, workshops, and private consultations to groups and organizations. Our focus is simple: anti-racism. Our approach to DEI is intersectionality. We need to focus on how different groups, positions, and identities can help shape ways to address marginalization and to promote opportunity alongside resiliency, safety, and healing.
We do not believe in a "one size fits all" approach to racism and marginalization. It's for this reason, we have developed strategies to combat racism based on the culture of the organizations we work with. Creating study groups, evaluations, and metrics, we can work with your group to address issues and create system-based solutions with your organization.
Our objective is to create outcomes that empower individuals to reach the resiliency to succeed. This process involves coming to terms with historical and systemic agents of power and confront these structures to actually create a empowered organization.
